MTMC Mentee Application

Welcome

MTMC is a monthly one-on-one and group mentoring program. It is mandatory for Master of Divinity (Supervised Ministry) and Doctor of Ministry (Leadership & Mentoring Seminar) students. MTMC is designed specifically to prepare leaders for thriving in ministry utilizing ministry efficacy, community involvement, job satisfaction and vocational retention as measurement indicators. The program includes mentoring development workshops, career advice, a ministry fair, and events.
