Depending on the positions available and the skills required, the pay, time off, travel and training needs can vary dramatically.  The more flexibility that you have with regards to pay, travel, hours and time off, the more likely we can offer you a broad array of opportunities. The next series of questions will ask about your hours, pay, time off, and travel preferences. Telephonic Patient Services Nurse positions at Serva Health have been designed to fill a unique hybrid role in the telephonic healthcare environment, blending nursing rapport with customer support. Though our projects require the communications and resource management skills you have developed as a nurse, they do not involve diagnostic or triage work. With this in mind, please indicate the minimum hourly compensation range that you would require for this position as a telephonic patient services nurse.  This, along with your qualifications, will be used to determine which roles are a best fit for you. *This question is required.

We strive to accommodate all time off requests, however, some positions with unique skill requirements may require restricted time off during the first few months of the initial launch, until all team members are trained or during busy times.  Please indicate how many planned weeks per year you expect to request as time off to help us better understand the best program fit for you. *This question is required.
