Springs Restoration Funding Public Comment Submission Form

Instructions

This form is used to submit comments for proposed springs restoration funding projects.

Please refer to the proposed springs project spreadsheet before submitting comments. You will need it for reference.
Please only comment on one proposed project at a time. If you have the same comment that applies to multiple projects, you may indicate such on the form. Otherwise, complete one form for each proposed project you wish to provide comments.
When you have completed the form, hit the “Submit” button at the end of the form. To complete the form later, click on "save and continue later" button at the top of the page and you will receive an email with a link to this form.
