2. This year, we are pleased to offer a special preconference for all participants. We are partnering with Julia Kostova, executive editor at Wiley’s Research division, and Patrick Alexander, director of Penn State University Press, for a half-day workshop on publishing, exploring topics such as developing a publishing strategy, identifying the right publisher, and making a case for a project. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, including generating and practicing an “elevator speech” and writing for particular audiences. Participants are, of course, expected to stay for the larger seminar that follows: *This question is required.
