You are invited to help VITA refine its service delivery model.....
As part of the MSI, VITA will implement a new service management model to enhance service delivery, transparency and efficiency.  This new model is founded on a best-practices-based platform that is easily configurable to a specific environment.  It will be rolled out in phases.  The platform will be implemented and matured with the input of agency staff via the service innovation journey to increase the ease of doing business with VITA.
What is the service innovation journey? It is a series of four fun, interactive, structured workshops designed to purposefully and collaboratively innovate how VITA delivers services to agencies.

Who is invited? Agency IT and business staff with an interest in having input into how VITA will provision services in the future.

When and where?
As the workshops build on each other, we ask that registrants plan to participate in ALL sessions including the Roadmap Presentation.

 
Workshop # 1 - Purposeful Innovation: Understand stakeholder needs for VITA service delivery (ordering new services, fixing outages/ problems, rolling out changes, executing projects, innovating new services, billing)

Workshop # 2 - Customer Intelligence: Develop customer personas and problem "point of views" to deepen insight of needs

Workshop # 3 - Customer Journey: Understand desired customer journey (e.g., hassles and delights) and design challenges for the targeted service delivery area

Workshop # 4 - Experience Map: Review/walk-through future state experience map (design prototype of proposed customer experience)

Time: 8:30 a.m.– 2:30 p.m.
 
Follow up - Roadmap Presentation: Stakeholder/executive summary presentation of resulting implementation initiatives via an innovation roadmap

Time: One hour (time TBD)
 
Continental breakfast and boxed lunch provided in each workshop. Breakfast available from 8–8:30 each morning.
