ROI - the justification of your very existence. But it’s hard to prove isn’t it? If asked, could you prove that you and your team are smashing it?

Data is not only crucial to understanding your audience and putting on show stopping events, but also to prove your events’ and your teams’ worth. And in the midst of GDPR, data has never been so prevalent. All eyes are on capturing and using your data compliantly. Add to that, the multiple touchpoints in the process - from online registration, facial recognition when delegates arrive to tracking delegate activity throughout the event. Not forgetting the event app that keeps delegates engaged pre, during and post event as well as collecting feedback post-event.
