Thank you for starting your application to the Rush Summer Research Scholars Program (RSRSP). Please fill out the questionnaire and upload the documents requested.
To complete this application, you will be asked to submit:
- Personal Statement (500 words or less): Please tell us why you are interested in the summer research program. Your statement should include past undergraduate studies, healthcare, research, service and leadership experiences that have influenced your interest in the program.
- Resume (max 2 pages)
In order to submit your application you must submit a personal statement and resume. Once you start the application you are not able to save your responses and finish the application at a later time.
To be considered for the program, you must also request the following to be sent to RMC_Pipeline@rush.edu:
- Official transcripts from each institution you have attended
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Proof of health insurance coverage
For official transcripts, please reach out to your school’s registrar and request that transcripts be sent to RMC_Pipeline@rush.edu. If you institution does not send electronic copies of transcripts they can send them via postal mail to:

Letters of Recommendation and proof of health insurance coverage should also be sent to RMC_Pipeline@rush.edu. All letters of recommendation must be
submitted by the recommender.
The application personal statement and resume must be completed and submitted no later than 2/15/2020. Secondary documents (official transcripts from each institution you have attended, two letters of recommendation and proof of health insurance coverage) must be submitted no later than 3/15/2020.
