The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is transitioning to a new Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Provider Directory and Registry system. DHS will transfer the information of all registered CLTS providers to the new system. CLTS Provider Registration is closed until September 19. Updates will be posted to the Children's Long-Term Support: Provider Registration webpage at https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/clts/provider-registration.htm.
