TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS (For inactive students)

If you have not taken classes at Bristol within the last year and a half you will need to request your transcript using the Bristol Self-Service Portal.

1. Click here to obtain your User ID and set your PASSWORD.
2. Sign into the Bristol Self-Service Portal.
3. Select the Student Services & Financial Aid tab and click Student Records to access the transcript links.

Please try these instructions if you need transcripts, otherwise click submit to create a support ticket.
NOTE: Faculty and Staff should only use this form for AccessBCC account or Elearning related inquiries only.  

For all other issues, please create a ticket using the ITS Help Desk Portal inside the AccessBCC STAFF QUICK LINKS menu.
