Fire Dept. Event Request Form

•    All event request forms must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of the event. No Exceptions.
•    Please make sure all required fields are properly completed and detailed information is included; otherwise, there may be a delay in scheduling your event.
•    Events are scheduled on a first-come first-served basis and are limited based on scheduled training and/or 9-1-1 call volume.
•    Please allow up to ten (10) business days for a response. We will make every attempt to honor qualifying requests for our services.
•    If the fire crew does not arrive to your event location on time, it is due to an increase in emergency call volume.
•    If the event has to be canceled due to an increase in 9-1-1 call volume, every effort will be made to reschedule the event.
