Paper & Clay Group Reservation Request

Paper & Clay Space Rentals are available to Georgia Tech students, faculty and staff.

At least 2 weeks notice is required for all activities. Event publicity and space reservations are the responsibility of the applicant. Each request is subject to approval by Paper & Clay management and availability of staffing. Stated fees include up to two staffers and 30 minutes of set-up/clean-up time.

Rental rates:
$25 per hour (one hour minimum)
Plus additional supply & area fees as applicable.

Fall Rental Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10:30am - 8:30pm
Friday - Sunday: 12:30pm - 5:30pm

Available areas for rental:
Ceramics: $8 per person. Includes choice of banks, boxes, drinkware, places, and animal figurines. Our standard range of glazes will be provided.

Inspiration Area: $10 per hour. Includes access to all brushes, paints, beads, yarn, fabric, markers, crayons, buttons, etc. that we have to offer.

Pottery Area: $10 per hour + cost of clay ($1.50 per inch slab). Includes access to our six pottery wheels and our pottery area with canvas boards, pottery tools, and, if available, free reconstituted clay.

8. I understand that any pricing estimate received is not final and is subject to change if my event changes during its course. For example, if my Inspiration Area rental spreads to include pottery as well, I will be charged for renting both the Pottery Area and Inspiration Area even if the planned event was only an Inspiration Area rental. *This question is required.

9. If clean-up for my event goes beyond the agreed-upon rental time, I will be charged for renting the space for the next hour as well. This includes staying past Paper & Clay's closing time in order to clean. *This question is required.

10. Please note: If you have a group of more than 10 people, we will need to close our space for your event. This means you will be charged $25 per hour for each hour of your event. Our space can only accommodate 20 people per event; however, we can make every attempt possible to reserve an over flow room in the Student Center if you plan to have more than 20 people. *This question is required.
