WELCOME to the Organizational Excellence Opportunities (OEO) - Self Assessment sponsored by The Sinclair Group.
This assessment will provide a high level analysis of your organization's challenges, issues and opportunities in 12 "Best Practice" areas critical for high performance and transformational change. From your input we generate the OE Opportunities Report which will illustrate the capability of your organization to align, execute and renew itself, as well as traditional drivers of business performance.

The Sinclair Group offers complimentary access to the Organizational Excellence Opportunities (OEO) Self-Assessment survey via an internet based website provided by SURVEYGIZMO.com.
As part of the survey "registration process" you are requested to provide the following personal information: your first and last name, email address, telephone number, company name, and your dept. or business unit name.
Upon completion of the survey your personal information and the survey results are collected, processed and sent to The Sinclair Group by SurveyGizmo.com in the form of the OEO Self-Assessment Report for purposes of follow-up by a Sinclair consultant to discuss the findings.
The Sinclair Group will not sell, license, distribute, provide or transfer any personal information or the results of the SURVEY received from SURVEYGIZMO.com.
