Introduction

Thank you for interest in this short survey on opinions regarding DNA. If you would like to receive a copy of the report, please leave your email address at the end of the survey.

1. I feel that human DNA should be patented.

2. I am concerned about my DNA being used against me for employment purposes.

3. I am concerned that my health provider will release my genetic information.

4. I feel that people accused or convicted of any crime should have their DNA profiles stored in a database.
