Spring 2013 Pricing and Fees*
Prices are per delivery:
Single Side- Student Group $149, Campus Dept. $199, Off-Campus $299
Double Sided - Student Group $250, Campus Dept. $325, Off-Campus $450
Delivery Only - Student Group $75, Campus Dept. $100, Off-Campus $200
(4000 cards/items are required)
* Please note that prices are expected to go up for Fall 2012.
4. What type of ad are you placing? *This question is required.
Customer provided materials are subject to approval. 4000 cards/items are required per drop.  If more than one item is expected to be delivered per bag the items must be bound together prior to delivery or each item will be billed separately.
  • Items may include, but are not limited to, pre-printed full color post-cards, logo pens, koozies, Menus, coupons etc.
  • No black and white photocopies or low quality print items will be accepted.
  • No large or bulky items
  • Items which require a fold, such as menus, must be folded prior to delivery to the Student Center.
  • Maximum finished size of 7"wide x 9"tall
  • The use of Georgia Tech registered trademarks, logos, and/or images (i.e. Buzz, Interlocking GT, etc.) on ads provided from off campus entities is strictly prohibited. 
The Georgia Tech Student Center reserves the right to reject or accept any ad or promotional item.

Download the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to Julie Elion at 404-894-3888. Payment must be received prior to your order being confirmed unless payment arrangements have been made in advance



Acceptable Formats for Printing

* Files are due by 12 Noon of the deadline date.
* Each side should be saved / submitted separately.
* The preferred format for ads is Adobe PDF. This format will preserve quality and reduce file size;
* Additionally, we will accept .jpeg, .gif, Photoshop and PowerPoint documents, however, please be advised that the quality of your image may suffer
* Files must be sent at print size - 4.25”x 6.25" (to include a 1/8" 'bleed' on all sides) to avoid a design fee being charged
* Remove ALL crop marks prior to saving/submitting your ad
* If design is to be done by Student Center Staff text must be submitted via email or word attachment and must be received no later than the dates/times listed in the deadlines schedule. Please note there is an additional fee for design services.
* Please be sure you are embedding all fonts. Make sure your settings say "Press Quality".

There is a contest in each bag where students find a code and log on to the Student Center webpage to enter for a chance to win a prize.  Would it be OK to add the BuzzBags Win! prize code to your ad? This is not a guarantee that the code will be placed on your ad.
9. Would you like to receive 1000 cards for extra advertising? Please note that this option is only for departments/businesses that order double sided cards or Student Groups. *This question is required.
