We come together at Lewinsville Presbyterian Church to understand and to act upon our call to be disciples and to be apostles of Jesus Christ. To be an apostle is to be sent out to become directly involved and active in efforts to spread the gospel and to relieve the pain and want of others.


The purpose of this survey is to help the mission and service ministry group, the session, and our pastors understand the congregation's activities, desires, and interests regarding Lewinsville's mission work. The survey is designed to capture who is involved in mission work (at Lewinsville and outside of the church), where you would like Lewinsville to focus our mission efforts, and what results you would like to achieve from our mission program. This will be used to inform our mission planning as well as to stimulate discussion on key objectives.


There is no "right" answer to any of the questions below, and we encourage you to offer ideas beyond those provided in the survey. We would just like to know what you think. Each member and active non-member is encouraged to participate by completing one survey. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. We greatly appreciate your time and attention in completing a survey.
