Thank you for taking part in this pilot of a new "Career Agility Healthcheck". It consists of a short survey, based on evidence about the things that help people achieve career satisfaction and career success.
The healthcheck should take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. At the end you will receive a summary of scores which reflect where you are currently. It will show things you are doing well and areas where you could take action.
This should help you see how you can increase your Career Agility, which will mean you are more able to adapt to change, more employable and more satisfied with your work and career.
