A Compliance Assistance Site Visit (CASV) is an on-site visit from a Southeast District (SED) Hazardous Waste Section inspector to your facility. The visit will help you to determine your facility’s compliance with the Federal and State hazardous waste, used oil, and universal waste regulations applicable to your facility. The inspector will tour your facility, review applicable records, and provide you with guidance to correct non-compliance items. The inspector will then follow up with your facility within approximately 120 days from the first visit to complete the evaluation of your facility.
