Instructions for College Preview Course Registration

Click here to download an Approval Form as a PDF file. Print out the form and write down the number and name of the 3 courses you would like.
Note the 3 courses you want want and fill out the Approval Form.
Take the Approval Form to your high school counselor, and have your selections approved.
Using the signed Approval form, return to this website, and complete the online signup form as directed below, and submit it.
Click HERE to download a Parental Waiver of Liability Form, print it, have your parent or legal guardian sign it, and return it to your high school counselor.

Below is the signup form for courses offered this semester. Please fill out all information completely. Please note that most fields in this form are required (marked with red asterisk) to submit your registration.

Please note: Some courses have more than one section, and these sections can meet at different days and different times. Please make sure when you are making your selections, to take careful note of the DAYS and TIMES the course and section meets.
