Welcome to the Educational Organization Survey by Child and Youth Finance International. This survey is meant for your organization to provide important information on the outputs of your educational programming. These results will help the ChildFinance Movement understand the global reach of ChildFinance Education and how effective this education has been in the lives of children and youth around the world.
Please read the instructions at the beginning of each section before filling out the survey. In case your organization would have more than one operating program, please fill in this survey entries on pages 2-3 for each separate program or set of educational material. Please use the ChildFinance Education Learning Framework, which can be found here, as a reference when completing certain portions of the survey.
In addition, we'd like to request that you share with us an example of the learning materials associated with your educational programming. A student workbook or a trainer’s manual would be most useful. If you are not in a position to share these materials than a document with a summary of the curriculum content would be much appreciated. Please send this excerpt as a PDF document of approximately 5 to 20 pages. If is posted online anywhere, include that link as well.
If you need more time to gather information needed to respond to the survey questions, we have given you the option to save your progress on the survey and return to it at a later date. This save feature can be found at the top of each page of the survey.
