Important Payment Information: Checks should be made payable to "TPCNS." You may also pay by credit card using the link provided in your confirmation e-mail. Unless otherwise noted in your confirmation e-mail, payment is due within two weeks of registration. Payment holds your child's place and is non-refundable. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parent/Guardian Authorization

Although TPCNS, Inc. strives to provide a safe environment; I realize there is always a risk of accident. If necessary, I authorize TPCNS, Inc. to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment. I agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred resulting form illness or injury during participation. I further release TPCNS, Inc. from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal Injury of any kind.

Photo Release

I give my permission for the Tink Camps and TPCNS, Inc. to use photos of my child or artwork to be published (in brochures or website) without further notification.

Field Trip

The Tink Camps may take walking tours of the neighborhood or Ride-On bus trips within Takoma Park. I give permission for my child to be escorted from the property of 8204 Flower Avenue for this purpose.

Medical Conditions

If your child has any medical conditions or food or environmental allergies, please notify us immediately, we will forward you the necessary documents for your healthcare provider to sign. We will not administer any medication (including sun block and insect repellent) without written documentation.
