Welcome to the Digital Customer Experience survey. This survey aims to research and gather a picture of how todays organisations are tackling the challenge of delivering high quality multichannel customer experiences by using digital engagement and CRM as the central technology. When the final report is published, you will be able to see where your organisation sits alongside others in similar fields and get some valuable pointers as to where your digital strategy should go next. All responses are confidential and cannot be traced back to individual participants or their companies.

The results of the survey will be published later in the year and will include commentary from established experts in the field of customer engagement, multichannel analytics and digital marketing. As a questionnaire participant you will be automatically eligible for a copy of the report, originally priced at £450, for free in advance of its official publication date.
