It is hard to predict the future. But one thing we can be sure of in the next decade is change. We need to be able to adapt and adapt fast. Recent research shows that organizations are investing more in technology to support learning yet overall there has been a drop in the use of best practices. If technology can help learning professionals to become less transactional and more strategic, when will this future arrive?
The aim of this survey is collect your views on the which technology will have most impact on e-learning and what role learning technologies will play over the next 10 years to help staff perform at their best in a constantly changing environment.
This survey is organised by the TEL-MAP European project and collected answers will be elaborated and results distributed among participants with the hope they will help you to understand if you are investing in the right e-learning technology.
