Information to Prepare Your Will and Estate Planning Documents

Note: This is not a do-it-yourself will website. The following questions solicit information to be used in drafting your Last Will and Testament and other legal documents. I will review the information submitted and prepare your documents. You will be asked to provide an e-mail address and contact information so I can contact you to discuss your information.

I will e-mail you your completed documents within 2 business days after you submit your information.

Anytime after you have completed the first page of questions you can save your information and return later to complete it. The “save” option will be at the TOP of the page beginning with page two. You will be asked to give your email address and a link will be sent emailed to you to use when you want to resume completing the information. You cannot save the information on the page on which you are currently working; only the pages that previously have been completed.
