New York Electronics Recycling Survey.

Thank you for responding to this brief questionnaire. It should take no more than 15 minutes and the first 50 participants that complete the entire survey will receive a $5 gift card to Dunkin' Donuts. This survey should only be taken by individuals who are directly involved with their municipality’s electronic waste recycling program, such as recycling coordinators, facility operators, haulers, or recyclers.

The Product Stewardship Institute is using this questionnaire to learn more about how used electronics are managed across New York State. Please answer the following questions carefully; however, there is no need to do any research or specific calculations. Simply use your best estimate to answer each of the questions based on an average data in your recycling program.
