Expectations for Chapter Directors:
● Attend Chapter Director training at the beginning of each semester
● Help plan and facilitate Democracy Coach training at the beginning of each semester
● Plan and facilitate weekly chapter meetings for all Democracy Coaches to attend
● Weekly email communication and check-in calls with Program Staff members
● Quarterly feedback conversations with Program Staff

Total Time Commitment for Chapter Directors:
● 5-7 hours/week during the semester
● 7-10 hours/week at the beginning of the semester during outreach/recruitment/training season
