HIE Survey

Basic Information

On behalf of the Georgia Department of Community Health, Division of Health Information Technology, Grant Thornton is conducting an environmental scan of Health Information Exchange (HIE)/Health Information Technology (HIT) in the state of Georgia. The survey will help us understand how providers are adopting HIT and design better policies to help you. The survey should take about 20 minutes.

This assessment is focused on ascertaining HIT and HIE maturity, interoperability and data exchange capability, and conformance with relevant national standards at the provider level. This survey serves as the consolidated effort to support Grant Thornton's HIT and HIE Environmental Scan project. The project team will make every effort to ensure that all of the data is captured, analyzed and reported in a meaningful way. We ask that respondents provide as much information as possible in response to the survey questions. Too much data is preferable to not enough.

The project team will make every effort to ensure that all of the data is captured, analyzed and reported in a meaningful way.
