All around us, communities such as Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville are undergoing major changes, building higher, increasing density, redesigning their downtowns and even relocating roads in an effort to better serve their citizens. What should Kirkland focus on to make the change from "good" to "great" while maintaining the attributes that make Kirkland a special place?
