Previously I had been using cVent--my old company had been using it for years, and we were sort of "captive" customers because so many old surveys were already programmed in that system. Before that, I used SurveyMonkey (which not all that robust) and Ztelligence (which is robust but expensive). I cannot say how excited I am about SurveyGizmo. The functionality and ease of use is amazing. It is intuitive, powerful, and affordable. I am sure that as I use the program I will find things that I would personally like to change, but for now it is still love at first site. I hope that this honeymoon never ends!
