New Survey Features: New Question type Custom Group, more Piping
New survey features added to SurveyGizmo this week.
- Report Fix: Creating filters that result in zero responses no longer time-out your report.
- Report Upgrade: Reports on ranking questions now give you average ranks for each item.
- New Question Type: “Custom Question Group” is now a new question type. It lets you create “repeat on demand” blocks of questions. (The survey respondant presses a “add more” button and an addition copy of the questions appear.
- New Feature: Pipe Question Options from a URL Token. This allows you to add options to a radio, menu, table or checkbox question dynamically from values passed in the Survey’s URL.

- New Report: Combined Survey Report (lets you merge two surveys with overlapping questions into one report)
- Feature: Forward-Only-Survey: You can now make a survey forward-only. The browser’s back button will not let respondents change answers.
- Fix: “Other” options for checkboxes now require a text entry.
