One of the great features about SurveyGizmo is the ability to style your own survey to look exactly like your brand. But let’s face it, you might not have the staff or the knowledge to design a theme for yourself.

The look of your survey is an important factor. Not only toward response rates, but also the perception of your company if you are emailing customers! A custom branded template maintains your brand experience as you collect responses. Here’s a quick example:

Just send us a design or brand that you want our designers to use as a basis. For example:

  • The URL of your existing website
  • A marketing piece (pdf)
  • or just your logo

Important: Inside of your account you will see a button to a survey to upload any of the above information you have about what you would like your free template design to look like. All template designs need to take 2 hours or less of our designers time, this way we can allow everyone who wants to participate in the program to do so. The turn around time for the template is 2 weeks and we will give you a review of what we designed before we send it to you.

The best part is that the template is free for any annual account that signs up (or upgrades) between now and July 4th and you still get the 10% discount for an annual account!
