Hi, Ralph -

First off, thanks so much for the feedback. Although we never like it when a customer is upset, we are always grateful when you all take the time to let us know. Otherwise, we'd never have the opportunity to fix the problem!

While most of our customers love Version 3, we definitely agree that the V3 Theming functionality needs work (since you're posting this to a tutorial on survey branding, I'm thinking that's the item which is giving you the most trouble...?). To that end, one of our next projects is to revisit theming in V3 in order to simplify the user interface. We want to make sure our users have a much better experience.

Given your concerns, we'd love to have your input as we develop an updated version - could we talk you into giving us some feedback during our development process? Let us know, and we'll keep you informed as we progress, and see what we can do to address your concerns. Thanks again for letting us know!

I am really disappointed with the complexity of Version 3 of Survey Gizmo. It represents what happens when the coders listen to the client and the client listens to the coder and hasn't a clue what the users actually need. Version 3 is a shocker of a version, should be scrapped, the coders not paid and a revision to Version 2 before all your users leave you!
