Update: Beta Application Now Closed
Due to your overwhelming response, we have closed the Beta application. There were 798 responses for 150 spots in less than two days. We would like to extend a giant THANK YOU to everyone that applied, and to those who didn’t quite make it to the application in time — we hope to see you during the next Beta period!
We have some exciting news, friends!
We are proud to announce that we will be launching SurveyGizmo 3.0 in early 2010!
SurveyGizmo 3.0 will be a major release and will contain many upgrades to the overall functionality of our survey software. The release will feature brand new reporting options, an improved dashboard, new management tools, advanced logic visualizers, some slick changes to the interface, and much more.
Call for Beta Users
Wanna see the goods early? We are looking for enthusiastic Beta participants to test out new functionality, and help us work out the kinks. The Beta program is scheduled to start on December 1, 2009, and will run for approximately 4 weeks. We will be giving some iPods away to the top testers who give the best/most feedback: 1st place – iPod Touch, 2nd place iPod Nano, 3rd place iPod Shuffle. Sound interesting? Fill out a Beta Application, or Read the FAQ.
You qualify for the Beta program if:
- You already have a SurveyGizmo account prior to 11/23/09
- You can provide 1-2+ hours per week to review and give feedback.
- You can participate through the entire 4 week Beta
- You are willing to fill out the weekly survey & bug reports
What about my existing account? How do I use the Beta?
The Beta will occur in a separate account and WILL NOT AFFECT any of your current surveys in your existing account. You can work in both accounts during the Beta period. Inside the Beta account you will be able to experiment with some sample surveys that show off new features and create new test surveys. The Beta surveys and data are for experimenting only and everything will be erased at the close of the Beta.
How to I apply for the Beta? Will everyone be accepted?
We are only taking 150 people and we want a diverse cross section of users, organizations, and needs. If you are interested in becoming a Beta tester, please fill out the Beta Application and we will try to find you a spot.
You can read more on the SurveyGizmo 3.0 Beta FAQ.
Look for more news about this release soon. We can’t wait to show you!
