I just came across another article that emphasized the importance of gauging your customers’ experience and thought I’d bring it up again. In article over at the Forrester Blog (you can check it out here), they sampled 154 brands in 13 industries and gauged their customer experience.

How many hours per day do you spend on your phone – 1, 2, 10? And even if you’re not on your phone that long, how often are you more than 10 feet away from it for an extended period of time? I’m guessing probably not very often.
