How does MailChimp integrate with the SG email invite system and tracking who responds and who doesnt??

Also how do the reminder emails then go out, is this from MC or SG??

Confused... yep!?

Hi Joe! If you want to avoid using your private domain, you can always use the Secure Survey Link merge code rather than the regular Survey Link. This will use a secure SurveyGizmo link rather than your private domain. I've emailed you directly in case you have any other questions!

We have an Enterprise leve account with a private domain set up. I would like to send an invitation to customers "blind" (to avoid bias in their responses) From what I can tell, now that we've set up a private domain ALL of our email invitation will come through it. Is it possible to use either MailChimp or ExactTarget as a work around?

Which plan do you need to be on for this to work? Does it work with the free plan?

Hi Brent,
It's not possible right now, but once we release SurveyGizmo 3.0 we'll be attaching the email addresses so you'll be able to identify them.
Thanks!

Is it possible to see what email addresses filled out the survey when using Mailchimp? All I'm seeing is IP addresses.

Hi Mitch,
I apologize for that. I didn't realize that “Do you have partnerships with any Email Service Providers?" under the FAQ only stated ExactTarget. I'm going to be adding MailChimp as well, in a couple of minutes.
Thanks for pointing that out,
Brittany
