Have you ever made multiple typo’s within a survey? Or wanted to add a line of text to multiple questions at the same time? (I know I’ve wanted to do this on more than one occasion!)
Did you know that with SurveyGizmo 3.0, you can actually do this — all on one page! How great is that?!?!
Instead of going into the question editor for each individual question to edit the text (which if you’re adding one little thing to multiple questions, can get rather tedious), you just have to go to the Text/Translation Settings link under the Edit Survey tab.
There you’ll see your entire survey in text format. You can go in and edit any of the text on that page and it will change it on your survey. It’s as simple as that!
*Note – If you’re changing answer options to questions, you are only changing the Option Title and NOT the Reporting Value. To do that, you’ll still need to go into the individual questions.
And that’s my quick SurveyGizmo tip of the day. Simple survey editing done in minutes!
