Your service looks great. I was wondering whether you offer any special pricing to non-profits, U.S.-based or international?

Thanks,
Geoffrey

Can the thank you emails be set up to go out automatically after the person completes the survey? It looks like I have to manually click to send out the reminder and thank you emails at this time. If I send out the thank you email, will I be able to send it again a few days later only to those who haven't gotten it yet? Or do I have to wait until the survey is closed and just send it once? It seems like you should just be able to 'turn on' the thank you email command to automatically send to survey takers when they submit- but that's not the way it's set up right now.
Also, integration is spelled wrong on this page.

Hi again,

In the guide above it says that you can schedule emails and auto reminders to go out at fixed times. How is this done, I have looked through the email invitation section and can't see how to set this?

Thanks,

Vicky

Hi,

When producing the email invitation how can I change the size of the text (the HTML toolbar shows how to edit type, effect etc but not size)?

Also, when you automatically insert the survey link how can I make this hyper linked? I sent some test invitations and the link wasn't activated.

Thanks,

I agree with Nita. Having the ability to edit the email field would be a great addition.

I like the new email system. But have one request. Under the contact list, there is a button to edit the contact but the email field is not accessible. What we want to do is when the email is not delivered, we might want to replace the existing email with new email address for the same person and sent it again. If can make the email field editable, it would be nice.
