The following quiz can be built with the Personal plan level

Some of the most interesting surveys incorporate multiple features of SurveyGizmo together to create something really exciting. Our pass/fail quiz feature already records the answers of the respondent, scores it, and provides feedback to the respondent when completing the survey. However, here at SurveyGizmo, we had an idea to combine this basic principle with immediate respondent feedback for each question, to reinforce learning rather than simply applying a grade or score. These types of quizzes have existed on computers and in classrooms, however building a survey using these features through SurveyGizmo makes this accessible to teachers, educators, and schools anywhere in the world, another tool in their education arsenal.
The demonstration survey includes the following SurveyGizmo features:

When an answer is chosen, the question disappears so the answer cannot be changed. If the answer was incorrect, a message appears that is a Descriptive Text field with the question title, notification that they were incorrect, and an explanation if applicable. With question #4 of the demonstration survey, the correct answer also triggers a Descriptive Text field. This helps demonstrate a bit of flexibility, based upon the survey creator’s preference.

If you want to learn more about quizzes, or see the survey creation side of the demonstration survey, make sure you register for the Quizzes and Survey Scoring webinar on Tuesday, April 28 2:00 pm EDT (GMT -4).
