Another day; another round of features, fixes and, releases!

Today we have rolled out the following:

Improved display of piped question and piped page responses in reports
Data elements in PDF reports fixed
Piped questions viewable in a single response
Data generation populates required fields
Email addresses validated in email invite campaigns
Auto responders now effectively blind copy (BCC)
