We are excited to announce that SurveyGizmo has been selected as one of the Finalist for the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year, Stevie Award. The judging of the finalists occurs January 25 – February 3, so we won’t find out if we won until then.

We’re extremely proud of our Customer Support team and the hard work they do every single day. We truly appreciate each and every one of them, and want to congratulate them for being finalist in this award. We couldn’t be SurveyGizmo without you!

    had your support team helping me out fast and very well. and i have a free account. Q to brittany: how much conversion to paid accounts do you see from free customers served by your wonderful team, compared to free customers who never had an issue dealt with by the team?

    Hi there! To be completely honest, we don’t actually track that, so I’m not sure. We just help everyone the same way we would want to be treated if we had an issue or question :)
