Survey Back Buttons
This week, I’d like to re-introduce a feature that many of you have used for the past couple of years– the survey back button.
The survey back button is a handy little feature that allows survey takers to go back and forth between pages within a survey. This is great for people (like me) who like to go back to check work or have a change of heart halfway through a survey.
Every survey you create (even at the free level!) automatically comes with the back button enabled.
Now, you’re probably thinking, “What if I don’t want my survey takers to go back and change answers?”
This isn’t a problem, because all of our account levels not only have the ability to add the back button, but they also have the ability to remove it.

To remove the back button, go into your survey’s look & feel and check the “Remove Back Buttons (forward progress only)” option.
Now, you can allow your survey takers to either go back and forth throughout your survey or allow them to only go straight through. It’s as simple as checking a box!
Note: Even if your survey has advanced logic like page jumping/skipping, the back button will still work. Awesome!
