SurveyGizmo is happy to announce our newest feature, the Question Library.

Survey Question Library

This has been long sought after by many users so we decided to rally around the effort and get this one out. Your Survey Question Library is available at all paid plan levels.

Right out of the gate the question library includes six standard libraries:

  • Academic
  • Business
  • Events
  • General
  • Human Resources
  • Rating, Comparison, and Calculation Questions

In addition, you can add your own questions to the Question Library by clicking on the “Save & Copy to Question Library” button.

Question Library comes with six standard libraries, plus you can customize it!

This isn’t limited to run of the mill questions either! You can add Actions, Auto-Responders, Disclaimer text, and more to the Library — any survey element!

Please keep the suggestions coming! SurveyGizmo grows based on your feedback and input!

Cheers,
-The SurveyGizmo Dev Team

WOOOHOOO! Thanks a million for this great feature! You are right, it is something that we often hoped was on the way. Nice work!

This is a great feature, but how does one manage the user-added questions to the library? I’ve added a few standard questions that we use on our surveys and would like to delete some of them.

Hi Frank! That’s a great question, and we will be adding the delete a question option to the question library soon. Right now we just really wanted to get it out there, so people could use it right away. So keep your eyes peeled for that feature in the near future.

I see that you were going to add the “delete question” from the library back in June 2009. Has this been added yet? I’d like to delete some questions from the library

    Hi Mary,
Not quite yet. When SurveyGizmo 3.0 comes out (the Preview Release is set to come out next week), you’ll be able to delete questions in your question library. So only a couple more days!

Is “delete question” from the library working yet? I see 3.0 is out now, right?

    Hi Sarah,
Yes, if you’re creating surveys inside of SurveyGizmo 3.0, then your you’ll be able to go into your question library and delete questions.

May I add questions in batch (e.g. 30qns at a go)? I have a main portion (30qns) of a survey and I intend to combine them with different groups of question.
