We here at SurveyGizmo want your survey experience to be the most productive that it can be so in addition to providing you with a remarkable online survey tool along with how-to articles and video tutorials, we are posting daily survey tips on twitter and collecting them for a blog post each week.
So without any further ado, here are the most recent tips:
1. The order of screening questions should have the questions that will eliminate the most respondents come first
2. Keep subject lines short (35 characters or less) to improve the open rate of your survey invitation email
3. Use open-ended questions to ask “why” or “please explain” after key closed-ended questions
4. Display answer options vertically and list the most positive answer first, it’s quicker & easier to read
5. Choose your words carefully; the words you use can & will impact your survey results
