New survey features added to SurveyGizmo this week.

New Report: Combined Survey Report (lets you merge two surveys with overlapping questions into one report)
Feature: Forward-Only-Survey: You can now make a survey forward-only. The browser’s back button will not let respondents change answers.
Fix: “Other” options for checkboxes now require a text entry.
