New Survey Features: Cross-tab Reports, SPSS

New survey features added to SurveyGizmo this week.

Cross Tab Reports updated. Can now select separate questions for horizontal and vertical options.
SPSS Export. Improved to include piped questions.
SPSS Export now zips large files.
Search page improved to show the correct number of results.
“Please Select” added to table of dropdown menus.
