Today SurveyGizmo has an outage for ~35 minutes. This outage affected all of our services and was caused by a hardware failure in our Denver data center. We are still working with our data center partner to get an explanation as to why the backups did not kick in automatically. This affected a large number of other companies also located in Denver.
We are sorry for the interruption in service. We will be taking steps with our provider to insure this loss of connectivity does not occur again.
