Account Users
What is this?
Account users are the individual email address logins that are used to access a SurveyGizmo account. Starting at the Enterprise level, you have access to multiple logins for one account. Each account user can be assigned different individual permissions as well as being assigned to a team.
Who would use this?
Larger organizations that want to give each department their own login, but want to spread the cost of an account across departments. Another group that may want multiple users are consultants. Multiple users allows them to give each client their own login to the account so that they can build their own surveys.
Can I purchase more users?
Of course!
- If you’d like to purchase additional users for your SurveyGizmo account, just give us a call!
- Enterprise accounts may also want to consider purchasing a Dedicated account depending on how many users will be added.
You can also purchase 1 or 5 users at a time by clicking on the Marketplace tab. Once there, you can click into User 5-Pack or Single User to buy them individually.
