Auto-Close Date

What is this?

Setting an Auto-Close Date for your survey will automatically close your survey at a specific date and time. This will stop any new responses from coming in. The date/time format is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS in 24 hour format. All dates are considered to be EST.

What it can do for you?

If you sent out a survey linked to a raffle. You could send the survey out, advertising an entry in to a raffle for a prize with a cut off at 5:00 PM EST on July 2nd, 2011. You would then set your Auto-Close Date to: 2011-07-02 13:00:00. This would ensure that no responses come in after your prize entry window has expired.
