In all likelihood, you have used a Likert scale (or something you’ve called a Likert scale) in a survey before. Change Logo Alt Text and Footer Text
What is this?
We want to make sure you can customize your survey however you’d like, so if you need to change the alt text to your logo, or the footer text to your survey, you can! Adding an alt text to your logo can make sure that even if your image doesn’t load your customers can still get a description on what it is, and in general can provide a hover over description to your image so it will make more sense to your survey takers. Adding or changing your footer text is very helpful as well because it allows you to include more information at the bottom of your survey.
When would I use it?
Logo Alt Text
Some of your clients may have slow internet connections, or use outdated browsers that may not be able to handle the images you’re using as logos. In this instance, it’s a really good idea to include an “Alt text” for your logo. This way, even if the image doesn’t load, you can have a description of what they were supposed to see.
Similarly, if you have clients that will be using screen readers, alt text is important because it can provide a description of the image they’re supposed to be referencing.
Footer Text
There are a million and one use cases for your footer text, and changing it can add that extra bit of flare to your survey. You may want to make sure that your survey takers know what company has sent them this survey, so you can line the bottom of the survey with your company information. We’ve also seen customers use it for creating their own “unsubscribe” message that will remove your survey takers from future email lists. You could even use it to have them contact your company for more information.
