Customizable Language

What is this?

This feature allows you to paste or type in translations of your survey into our application so that you can send it out in more than one language at a time. Want to send your survey to China, France, and England all in the same survey? Not a problem!

We want to make sure that no matter where you live, or what language you speak, you have the ability to run and take surveys with SurveyGizmo.

When would I use it?

Not all of our customers come from English speaking countries, and so they may need to be able to write in their native language to be able to distribute surveys to their customers.

We find that many of of our customers serve their own clients around the world (much like we do), and not all of those countries speak English. It’s best to use a multi-language survey whenever you plan on sending your survey to various customers who may not speak the same language. What better way to expand your client base then to offer your surveys in their language? You can get closer to your respondents, and help them feel more at ease, if you have a custom version of the survey just for them.

What languages do you support?

Just about everyone one them, SurveyGizmo is UTF-8 compliant. UTF-8 is a form of character encoding that allows SurveyGizmo to understand a wide variety of languages. This means that as long as you can type in a given language, SurveyGizmo can support the survey and the data you collect.
