Data exporting
What is this?
What good would data be if you were unable to export or analyze it? Here at SurveyGizmo, any data you collect is your data, and you have a right to analyze it. While our higher plan levels offer more advanced exporting and reporting, all of our plan types (including free) allow you to export your raw data to a CSV/EXCEL file or view it in a Summary Report.
When would I use this?
There are plenty of reasons why you may need to export your data. You may need to use an external reporting tool to analyze your data, or you may need to run a report and distribute it to a co-worker, boss, or client. You may also just want to have a copy of your data for your personal records. We allow you to do all of this with our reporting and exporting tools.
What would the data look like?
Depending on the type of question you used, your data will show up differently in your Summary Report or CSV/EXCEL Export.
Single-select and single line open-ended textbox questions often show up with only one column.

Multi-select or multi-dimensional question types such as checkboxes, tables, or star ranking show up with multiple depending on the number of rows or columns.
